About Mesa Epoxy AZ

You call one number, describe the space, and someone from our team calls you back. That is the whole first step.

What we do

Mesa Epoxy AZ covers epoxy flooring in Mesa and the East Valley. Commercial comes first: shop floors, restaurant kitchens, showrooms, gyms and warehouses. Garage floors and patios come second, because many Mesa homes have a garage slab behind the door.

Our services cover 6 floor types: commercial, garage, industrial, residential, polyaspartic and concrete prep. If a job does not fit one of those, we say so on the call.

3 steps

How a job gets scoped

  1. You tell us the square footage, what the room does and what is on the slab now.

  2. Someone from our team calls you back to go over the system, the budget and the timing.

  3. The floor gets walked, the moisture gets tested and the work is priced in writing before anything is scheduled.

The middle step is where many floor decisions are made. A 3-car garage that holds a boat, a restaurant kitchen that gets hosed down at close and a showroom that takes foot traffic only are 3 different coatings, and the price per square foot moves with them.

What a floor in Mesa is up against

July normal high is 106 F, normal low 79 F, and the slab under a west-facing garage door can run hotter than the air does (NOAA NCEI 1991 to 2020 normals, East Mesa station USC00022782). Tires can reach above 200 F after a drive, and a hot tire on a coating that was never rated for vehicle traffic is one way floors lift (a garage floor coating company's guide). Add monsoon season, when a garage door opens onto a wet driveway, and the slab sees water it did not see in June.

That is why the prep conversation comes before the product conversation. Moisture gets measured, cracks get opened and filled, and the slab gets ground rather than etched.

Scope

What we quote most

  • Quartz broadcast at 40 to 60 mil for commercial kitchens, shops and other heavy-traffic floors.
  • Flake broadcast at 20 to 30 mil for garage bays, the system that hides tire marks and dust.
  • Solid epoxy at 10 to 20 mil with a polyaspartic topcoat for light-use interior floors.
  • Troweled or self-leveling systems from 60 to 250 mil for warehouses and service bays.

The thickness ranges come from an epoxy flooring guide.

Where we work

Mesa is home base: Downtown Mesa, Dobson Ranch, Red Mountain Ranch, Las Sendas, Superstition Springs, Eastmark and Lehi. Around it, we cover Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, Apache Junction, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Fountain Hills.

Scope

How we work with contractors

Every contractor in our network holds an active Arizona ROC license, and we check the license before a contractor joins our network of selected licensed contractors. Tell us the job once and we connect you with the right pro for that floor, rather than sending the same name to every address.

Good to know

The company behind the site

Mesa Epoxy AZ is a referral service. We connect you with independent, licensed local contractors and do not perform the work ourselves. The contract for the work is between you and the contractor, and it sets the scope, the price and the schedule. Questions about how that works are answered on the Terms of service page.
