What we collect
Each form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code and the floor service you need, and these 4 are required. Some forms add optional fields for your city, a budget range, the garage or floor size, an email address and a note about the floor. A hidden field notes which form and page the request came from. If you call, the phone system records the number you called from and the time of the call. A visitor who only reads pages is not asked for any personal information.
Why we hold it
The information is used to answer your request and to talk through the floor you need. Contact details are not sold, and they are not added to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Who sees it
The forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a form relay service, to the mailbox that runs this site. Call data sits with the phone provider that supplies the tracking number. The person who calls you back receives the details you sent.
Cookies and analytics
Call tracking can count which page a call or form request came from, and the tracking provider can set a cookie for that. No advertising pixel runs on the site. A hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP address and the page requested, for security and traffic counts.
How long it stays
A request is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, plus a reasonable period afterward in case a follow up call comes in. A visitor can ask for the record to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
Use the contact page to ask for a copy of what is held, a correction, or a deletion. Requests are handled by hand, and a reply follows.
Children
The site is meant for property owners and business operators. It is not directed at anyone under 13, and no request from a child is knowingly collected.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date in the footer changes with it. The current text is the one that applies.
